The situation around AIS.

Parents

From 2 March to the summer holidays, parents bringing their children will have to approach the school from the direction of the church (Akerstraat). Please follow the traffic directions.

After dropping off their children, parents can follow the traffic signs through the neighbourhood back towards the church (Akerstraat). It will not be possible to exit the Ferdinand Bolstraat via the intersection with the Rembrandstraat.

School Buses

From 2 to 16 March (Phase 1 of the construction), school buses will be directed to enter the Rembrandtstraat from the church side/Akerstraat. The main entrance to the school car park can be used and the buses will be able to depart via the usual way and follow direction ICC/Rimburgerweg.

After the completion of Phase 1, Phase 2 will start on the stretch between the church/Akerstraat and the intersection Ferdinand Bolstraat/Rembrandtstraat. The intersection itself will be open for buses and school traffic coming from the direction ICC/Rimburgerweg up to the Rembrandtstraat. Traffic in the direction of the church / Akerstraat will not be possible.

The final two phases (3 and 4) will be under construction during AIS’ Summer vacation. The project should be completed by the beginning of the new school year.
