Inspiring Respect, Resilience and the ability to think and act inclusively in our international environment

Early Years

Our youngest children benefit from purposeful secure settings with its own designed garden areas. Staff plan a learning environment both indoors and outdoors that encourages a positive and enthusiastic attitude to learning. They select quality, carefully chosen materials and equipment that reflects the community that the children come from and the wider world.

Children are encouraged to make their own choices of the activities on offer and of the equipment as we believe that this encourages independent learning. Sensory and physical opportunities are fully utilized as this enhances the children’s learning. Resources and maintain our equipment to ensure that we have a high regard to health and safety.

3-5 Year Olds

We provide a UK led Sunbeam Class for children aged 3-5 years, where children follow the UK Early Years Curriculum for two years. There is also a US Pre-K and Kindergarten provision for children who are four and five years old. All classes have excellent child to adult ratios and are well staffed with teaching assistants. For further information on admissions and enrollment to our Early Years provision see our National Sections or Admission links.
