Dear Parent (s) / Guardian (s) of pupils attending AIS
The Directorate in cooperation with the management team would like to inform you of the following changes in policy:
If you use private transportation to bring your child(ren) to school in the morning, be aware that
children should not be at school prior to 08.40 hours. Prior to this time there is no supervision in
the classrooms. This is a safety issue for AIS.
In support to the above starting on 7 October 2024, the pedestrian gate at the Ferdinand Bolstraat will only be open between 08.40 hours till 09.00 hours in the morning.
Parents can only enter the campus during school hours, if they have an appointment known by the national section. The guards will call the national office to verify the appointment.
At the end of the day the gate will be opened at 15.30 hours.
Please be aware of the Kiss & Ride zone and the limited time to stop the car in this zone.
